Day 2 offered an intimate, sacred immersion for 120+ attendees at BEAM Health Center. The program included a live group EES session infused with sacred chanting and mantras, followed by an exquisite VIP lunch, a meet & greet with speakers, and a personal book signing experience.

Together, these two days created a powerful space of remembrance, frequency, and community — a true celebration of light.

She has spent the past twenty-five years coaching, researching, teaching and practicing around stress and stress behavior.
