A sanctuary for holistic well-being
Day Sessions
We offer 3 sessions of 2 hours each every day (except Tuesday, as we are closed) between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Children can join sessions on Wednesday and Friday from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Pets are welcome on Monday for the session from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Night Sessions
Book an overnight stay in the EESystem™ (12 hours) from Tuesday to Sunday from 8pm to 8am.
Packages
Because many people want to book multiple sessions in quick succession, we offer significantly reduced rates for packages ranging from 10 to 100 hours.

I am a 58 year old man who has had type 1 diabetes for 55 years. I am also a martial arts instructor. I've been struggling from fatigue recently, and even with taking all the steps I normally take, having recovered several times before, it hadn't been lifting. My sleep for the week prior had also been disturbed. After my first 2 hr session at the Scalar Lounge a few days ago I had improved energy and sleep and my sleep returned to its normal pattern.
